Conservation Volunteers Australia's mission is to attract and manage a force of volunteers
in practical conservation projects for the betterment of the Australian environment.
CVA completes more than 2000 week long conservation projects across Australia
each year, resulting in positive environmental outcomes, increased community participation,
conservation skills and awareness. Last year community involvement totaled 100,000
project days contributing more than $16 million of practical assistance to the
preservation of the Australian environment.
