The Australian Red Cross Blood Service (ARCBS) is an operating division of the Australian Red
Cross Society (ARCS). We are the national organisation responsible for the provision
of quality blood products, tissues and related services to the Australian community.
Around 450,000 dedicated, voluntary blood donors, 2200 committed and skilled
staff and 1800 loyal volunteers enable us to provide this vital service, an
integral part of Australia's health system.
